I mean Jackie runs around dual wielding pistols and it seems like 99% of the worlds population have at least one cyber limb. Although getting limbs for a cosmetic reason would be as pointless as the clothing in the game seeing as you can't see your character for the vast majority of the time.

If you do a search for "Cyberpunk 2077 Dual Wielding" you'll get an 11 month old Reddit post saying nobody knows, and the mention of some character art showing pistols being dual wielded, but it's not sure if that is actually indicative of that being possible within the game.
