I don't think there are any winrate stats publicly available, but soulfist is a good class in PvP in my opinion. It has really strong burst. When you're not in hype level 3 your damage isn't very good but you can focus on peeling for teammates until you have your burst back up.

An important thing to remember is that gunlancer scales extremely well with engravings, especially blue lancer - since your shield is basically always up (if you have specialization & time your shout right) a lot of the negatives to engravings are basically negligible. Reaper is the most fun class by far. Nothing even comes close. Being fastest but squishiest class provides most adrenaline. Also most stylish animations. So I'll go by class/specs tried in order: Instant cast Reflux Sorc - the most fun class in the game for me, you just pump dps with insane survivability thanks to multiple dashes and shield. 1st place on the fun ranking. Costly in terms of rune investment, atm needs Legendary Conviction/Judgement.
