Level 3 builds for a oneshot come down to "pick your favourite impulses". I'm hoping so find a really solid fire kineticist build myself. Earth+Wood = The Tank. Depends what you are looking for. Blaster: mono fire. Healing: wood + earth. Basic damage build: Mono fire, expand fire at 5 (aura junction).This gives your wood kineticist in melee, 1d8+3+4 for 2 actions. I could see tons of casters going Kineticist since blasts are better than attack roll cantrips and there's several impulses that give free armor with no proficiency.
