Oh and by the looks of things, you don't necessarily need a BBT but I've really loved having more accurate charts. :) I got my Life Brand BBT at Shoppers Drug Mart. I change them every 3-4 months so I can rely on my temps being accurate. I don't use a new BBT until the next cycle though.

Also keep track of cervical mucus, that helps too. If you have a 30 day cycle I would start testing one opk a day starting around day 12 and then do twice a day on days 14/15 (or whatever days ...
