Same day is by 9 pm I believe. Sub same day is 5 hours. At least as per amazon. Started in 2020 and is rolling out to cities. For example, I can order some items for same day in Vegas, but the sub same day reportedly isn’t opening until Feb. Sub same day stations are reportedly exclusive to flex too. The key to good payout on sub same day is waiting until they surge in the 1-2 hours prior to the block time. Sometimes they offer surge way in advance but it is rare.
