Those r pretty decent scores for uworld (which i feel is just a wee bit harder than aamc), but like the other commenter said, reviewing is the most important part. Getting a question wrong is ok, but u gotta make sure if aaamc throws a question like that at u that u won’t get it wrong again. It should be used as a learning tool because the explanations and diagrams are amazing and not a gauge of how prepared you are Be warned that once you get to the last 200 questions or so, the difficulty level is very high and the topics, slightly obscure – still good practice though! UWorld on the whole can be harder than the AAMC, but that is a pro, and as a general rule of thumb you want to be scoring in the high 70s-80s percent accuracy on the questions. This is more than any other test prep I have used in the past such as ATI, HESI, and LWW. This offers a student more visual learning along with repetition in reading the question's objective.

If the average AAMC passage is a 5/10, UWorld (for me) is a 7/10, and Picasso is a 10/10. I was scoring 129-131 in CARS (85-90% on QPacks) and got an 80% overall on UWorld. 5.Out of any third-party CARS resource, UWorld comes the closest to the AAMC style. In particular, the way that most of the questions are written is very representative of the AAMC logic. I highly recommend using it if you have access to it. To me, the QPacks were not very useful other than to identify obvious content gaps. The section banks were the level of the harder passages on test day, but definitely were within the ballpark of things that showed up.
