2 things to look for: 1- Look for a wire from the upstream O2 sensors grounding out on the exhaust. 2- Look for corrosion inside the PCM itself, if found you will need a new PCM. My 1998 F-150 (4.6 liter) won't start. The engine turns over but it doesn't sound like it's getting any fuel.
