The training was long and very tedious and not user friendly. There are various sounds, vibrations, and or shock levels that can be used.

Having already spent $1400 (2 $700 collars) and a monthly subscription fee, being offered a $200 "discount" on a product that should still be working in the first place is completely unacceptable. We have absolutely loved our Halo collars but are super disappointed in the longevity of the product.
