Let the stats guide you :) In my opinion, Ashe at her best can be: Black Mage/Red Mage. Red Mage/Archer. Black Mage/Time Mage. Black Mage/Monk. Black Mage/ X. As long as Ashe is an offensive mage build because she has the highest Magick Power which means the most damage among other things.
