SKSE plugin mods must be explicitly compatible with the installed versions of SkyrimSE.exe and SKSE. Incompatible DLLs will cause unexpected behaviour and CTD. Completely uninstall your current HDT mod and use Faster HDT-SMP instead. Make sure you are installing the correct version in the FOMod installer.
