I have a Harbor Breeze ceiling fan and light, controlled by a remote. Light quit, and the fan was slow. New battery in the remote did not help. By "blind" experimentation, I removed the capacitor YU-190LM, and everything works fine. Fan and light respond to the remote without the capacitor.
