In the PSP version, there were 3 items that were permanently missable after a point, but this was mainly due to the weird class leveling system. I have no idea how those have been addressed. For the curious, it was a Swordmaster dance, a Ninja ninjutsu, and a bow. I'll do far more than that.

I know that the general rule for titles is: * NEVER use...And even these "missable" items aren't exactly missable because they're only based off of levels. You bring a different class with lower levels and you'll be right back in the range where they drop again. Basically, you'll get the most out of the game if you play it how you like first and then come back later and get the rest.

It learns warrior skills. Then switches to Cleric. The level 5 Cleric won't be able to use the Warrior skills, and ALSO is missing all the skills that they would have learned if they had started as a cleric. AND, to make matters worse, I can't even level the unit up anymore until my party level rises so it can't learn the cleric skills.

Swordmaster. You can recruit Hobyrim after the battle at Qadriga Fortress by giving him the first dialogue option when presented with a choice. Hobyrim can join you on any route. Oelias. Cleric. So far according to the FAQ for this game that I read (it's the top one on this site) there are only 3 permanently missable things in this game. A) Is that true and B) How crucial are those 3 items to obtain?Considering there are more than 10 classes you can change into and the maximum level is around 30 its barely missable. It will only become missable when you level all classes you can use as Denam are above that level. Unless you do some hardcore grinding for all classes (and you get more later in the game) you will be fine.
